I would like to pass on a message of thank you to your staff and the fitter, once my order was placed i received the Dolphin Sensor kit DPS400M and a message of the fitter.

Due to my line of work i was unsure how long it would take for you to get me a fitting – worry not Dennis is on the job , Fitted on Saturday for me at my home and even in the bad weather we had Dennis completed the job to a very high standard, quality of work and politeness are second to none.

I’ve just had Dennis fit my DPS450 Parking Sensor Kit. What a fantastic job! Dennis called on Saturday, and fitted the kit at my home on Monday, great communication, expert fitting, clean and tidy. The Sensors look great, as good as any factory fit and work perfectly at a snip of the factory price! Well done Parking Sensors UK and Dennis, I wouldn’t hesitate in using or recommending you again. Dennis took some pictures of my install so hopefully they be on the website soon, so everyone can see what a fantastic job he did!

hello there,

i recently ordered a DPS400 parking sensor kit from yourself to fit on my wife’s new Ford Focus. i would just like to thank you for the quality of service you provided. the kit arrived the following day where upon we realised we had actually ordered the wrong colour for the car. we contacted your company and spoke with an extremely helpful representative called Gareth who advised us to return the coloured sensors and the correct colour would be posted out to us free of charge, even though the mistake was ours. this we did and received the correct colour sensors the day following your having received them.

the fitting instructions were easy to follow, and the sensors were easy to fit. i am at present recovering from a stroke and was a little apprehensive about undertaking such a project, but experienced no problems what so ever whilst fitting them. they look great on the car and work extremely well. i cannot praise your company or product highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to family, friends and other members of the general public.

Hi, thanks for the mini sensors you sent me the other day, they look fantastic.

I have had the fitter Graham Clegg today who did an excellent job, in horrid weather conditions. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with the end result of his efforts and that they look grand. He took so much trouble to make sure that they fitted well and looked right. I would not hesitate in recommending you with your sensors, and him fitting them, to any of my friends or family.

Hello,
I received my DPS400 Parking Sensors the day after I ordered them and today, spot on the time he said he would arrive, came Dennis to fit them. He was most pleasant and quickly fitted them very neatly and then explained how they operated and also where the components had been invisibly installed behind the boot trim. I am absolutely delighted and so pleased that I ordered Dolphin sensors.

Had your front/rear micro sensors fitted by Denis on Saturday and would like to thank him/you for a good job done in record time. Given that I only contacted you on Thursday to have the good fitted by lunchtime Saturday must be something of a record. Having a Mitsubishi outlander, where part of the rear opening folds downwards to give a loading platform I was a bit confused as to how this could be overcome. Happily Denis was not and did a great job.

Good afternoon,

A brief note to sincerely thank you for the superb service that I received from your company regarding an issue with the DPS650 parking sensors.

I phoned on Friday afternoon after receiving no help from the garage that originally installed the unit: your technical team provided me with excellent information and sent out a new ‘brain box’ in the post which I received the following morning along with a wiring loom and instruction manual.

You were quite correct in pinpointing the issue with the brain box and subsequent installation has completely fixed the problem.

Superb customer service and excellent response timings! Well done!!!

Hello, I felt I must mail you and thank you for your excellent products and service. I ordered a four sensor kit from you, it arrived the following day and I found one of the sensor inputs did not work. Not only did you replace it without any need for a mass inquisition, the replacement part arrived at my house the day after I reported the fault to you. Your efforts do not go unoticed. Just a few lines to say I was delighted with the Maroon DPS400 sensor kit. They were a perfect match for my "Wicked Red" Citroen C3. A local garage fitted them and they work extremely well. I attach a photo to show how well they blend in. Looks like they were factory fitted !

"I decided to fit a reversing sensor to my new Honda Accord, the 'factory fit' model being ugly and at more than £400, very expensive. I compared all the models available and in the end decided upon the electromagnetic parking system, it seemed to fit the bill exactly. It cant be seen either in the car or outside, and though the distance covered is not large it is adequate.

The fitting, at least to my car, was not that straightforward and involved dismantling a great deal of the rear trim, but was all easily acomplished in a day.

The operation of the unit is superb, and I would certaily recommend it, I think the main thing about it is that I can 'trust it', even detecting things like plants "
