Self Installation
To ensure that you get the correct sensor for your abilities, we have rated the ease of installing each item on our site using the following key :

The majority of these systems only require a 2 wire connection for installation, the only tricky part is location the place to the bumper to drill the holes for the sensors. If you check under your bumper some cars may have pre-drilled holes for models that reverse parking sensors are available for on higher specification models of the same car.

Professional Installation
Although many of our customers fit these parking systems themselves we do realise that not everyone has the time or ability to attempt this themselves. Any local mechanic or auto eletrician would have no difficultly in fitting these systems which takes about 2 hours so you can expect to be charged about 2 hours labour.
If you live within the Central and Southern region of the UK or Wales as detailed on the map shown then we can offer a fixed price installation for any of the Dolphin systems as follows. Rear only kit (DPS400/450/455) fitted for £85. Combined Front and Rear Sensor kit (DPS600/650/800/850/860) £175. Camera Kit (DPS400C) fitted for £120. You get 12 months warranty on the unit and 12 months warranty on the installation. If you select this option your details will be fowarded to the installers who will contact you to arrange fitting and you pay them for installation on the day. They are generally booked up about a week in advance.

If you are ordering a different kit and do not know of anyone locally then on receipt of your purchase you will find contact details of nationwide installation companies included so if after receiving the parking sensors you decide that you would rather not install the system yourself then you can contact these fitters who will generally charge £100 for fitting a rear kit and £180 for a front and rear system.
