Motorhomes and Campervans
Its hardly suprising that it can be difficult manoeuvring and parking motorhomes and campervans when they are longer than most other vehciles on the road and not something most of us get the chance to drive everyday and become familiar with. Our standard DPS400 parking sensor kit can be fitted to a motorhome as the audio buzzer (which is loud) and the rest of the cabling is all designed to remain at the rear of the vehicle. As the buzzer is just standard single core cable this can be cut and extended if you wish with any spare piece of wire.
If you would prefer reversing sensors with a digital display then you have two option. Firstly the DPS450F can be purchased, this is designed with front installation in mind but can be equally fitted to the rear with the benefit of the 6m sensor cables and a further 6m of cable on the display this should be sufficient formotorhomes up to nearly 10m (30 feet). The alternative option would be to get the DPS470 model which has a wireless display you can plug into the cigar lighter socket at the front of the car or hardwire for a perminent power feed.
Finally if you want a rear mounted camera this is available with or without parking sensors.
