Designed for the front of the vehicle, the Dolphin Micro Parking Sensor kit comes with 4 recess mounting sensors. With an audio buzzer which beeps with increased frequency the closer you get to an obstacle. Detection range starts at 1.25m and gets you to 30cm at which point you get a continuous tone to alert you to stop. The buzzer is nice and loud and can be discreetly mounted somewhere suitable on the vehicle.
* As standard front sensors are operated manually via the included switch But if you are looking at automating them so they come on automatically when you go below 6mph the off again when you go over, then you will need to also order a CAN Bus wiring interface (CANM8). This is wired into the can wiring of the vehicle and acts as a switch using the speed pulse of the vehicle to trigger the sensors.
All of our kits now come with the new watertight swap socket feature based 6 inches from the sensor heads, it makes installation quicker and easier. Also should you ever have a problems with faulty sensors or accident damage in the future it facilitates easy replacement without having to remove the bumper again and rewire from scratch.

Maintenance
No routine maintenance or adjustment is required. Dirt, frost or snow accumulated on the sensors may cause the system to activate incorrectly. Clean carefully with a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or spirits. Applying hot water in frozen conditions may damage the sensors. The sensors can be washed carefully with warm soapy water
